At LYTRONAVIS, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at support@lytronavis.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
  3. Package the items securely with all their original packaging and enclose your Return Authorization Number.
  4. Ship the package to the return address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a LYTRONAVIS error, such as shipping the wrong item. In such instances, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
